Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Calla mobile application (the "Service") operated by Calla ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. User Content & Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Post content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Post unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (spam).

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or our community standards. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reports of such content are reviewed within 24 hours, and violation may result in the removal of content and ejection of the user from the Service.

3. Virtual Items (Coins and Boosts)

Calla may offer virtual currency ("Coins") and features ("Boosts") for purchase within the Service.

• Coins are digital items that have no monetary value outside of the App and cannot be exchanged for real cash.
• Boosts are a feature to increase the visibility of your content. We provide estimates of views but do not guarantee specific results.
• All purchases of Coins and Boosts are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• You may not transfer Coins to other users (unless explicitly allowed by a feature of the App) or sell them to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Calla and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Calla, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
